Shipping Timeline

Once you place your order, our team will spring into action. Your products will be packed with care and shipped out within 3–5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays, sales, or natural weather conditions, deliveries may take a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday).

To ensure timely deliveries, we work with Post Ex. For urgent orders, please mention it in the order instructions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping Rates

We have a straightforward shipping policy. For orders below 3000, we apply a flat shipping rate. However, if your order exceeds 3000, you’ll enjoy free delivery. You’ll see the shipping fee listed before you hit that shiny “Complete Order” button, so everything stays transparent and easy. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an order ID to track your package on our website, along with a tracking number from Postex sent to your phone. If your order is missing or delayed, please use the order ID to check its status. For any issues, reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll assist you promptly. Delays can happen due to various factors, but we’re here to help ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as early as possible. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot process cancellations, so act fast if you need to make changes.

If you need to change your address or contact details because of an error, please contact us immediately. Once the package is shipped from our side, we cannot make changes to the address or contact information.
