Exchange Policy:

Products can be exchanged within a week (7 days) of purchase.

It should not be opened or damaged!

Product should be in its original packing as dispatched from Pluff.

If the exact product is delivered then the customer will have to pay delivery charges to exchange it.

Exchanging a product may take up to 7 working days.

The exchange request can be canceled if it doesn’t meet our policy
