Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Important Information

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products.
  • Results may vary from person to person, therefore returns based on personal results or preferences are not eligible for refunds.
  • Pluff reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
